Technical Drawing classes I took many years ago often focused on using isometric projections to create detailed diagrams of complex objects. I remember being fascinated by how a few simple lines created the illusion of three dimensions and gave expression to the maths behind the geometry.

This piece reminds me of those plans and diagrams I used to draw. It plays with perception, flipping between 2D and 3D and invites you to believe that perhaps they are remnants of some grand idea.
